- Shermin Finance Limited (FRN 727594), where you choose to apply for finance through us — Mirra Kitchens & Interiors Ltd is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Shermin Finance Limited, who act as a credit broker and are not a lender. Shermin Finance Limited will handle any data shared with them in line with their own privacy policy.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Fraud Prevention
We may share your personal information with fraud prevention agencies. If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified, details of this will be passed to those agencies to prevent fraud and money laundering.
7. Checking Your Identity
Where you apply for finance through Shermin Finance Limited, they or the lender will search the files of credit reference agencies, which will keep a record of that search whether or not your application proceeds. This is not seen by us or shared with any other third party unless we receive your written consent.
8. Money Laundering Checks
To comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations, there are times when Shermin Finance Limited or a lender will need to confirm or reconfirm your name and address. This is not seen by us or shared with any other third party unless we receive your written consent.

In the unlikely event that we receive Special Category Data as defined under UK GDPR, we will contact you to discuss deletion of this data.

What changed from the previous version
- Added a “Last reviewed: 4 September 2026” date alongside the original effective date, for the FCA annual review.
