Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our services or website (www.mirrakitchens.co.uk). By placing an order or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided
We provide kitchen and interior design services including design consultation, product supply, and project coordination. Installation is arranged through approved partners and subcontractors.
3. Design Appointments
Design consultations are free of charge and non-binding. Final quotes are based on approved designs and selections. All designs remain the intellectual property of Mirra Kitchens until a purchase is confirmed.
4. Orders and Payments
Orders must be confirmed in writing and paid in full before goods are manufactured or supplied.
We accept payment via bank transfer. A deposit or full payment may be required depending on the scope of work. No finance is offered directly by Mirra Kitchens.
5. Product Supply
We source kitchens and related products via our trade partners. While we aim to meet agreed timeframes, supply dates may be subject to manufacturer availability and external factors.
6. Installation
Installation services are provided through our approved fitting teams. All workmanship is carried out under the responsibility of the installer. Mirra Kitchens does not offer a workmanship guarantee but may help facilitate resolution where possible.
7. Pricing & Quotations
All prices are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to manufacturer price changes, delivery fees, or material shortages. Quotes exclude installation unless explicitly stated.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders are non-refundable once manufacturing has begun. Cancellations before processing may be subject to admin fees. Bespoke or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
9. Accuracy of Information
We take care to ensure our website and documentation are accurate. However, errors and omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct such issues without prior notice.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, designs, and visual assets on this website are owned or licensed by Mirra Kitchens & Interiors Ltd. Use without permission is strictly prohibited.
11. Liability
Mirra Kitchens & Interiors is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party suppliers, installers, or events outside our control.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled by the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.
